This section describes the methods of users’ (“Users”) personal data processing by the website, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003, entitled "Personal Data Protection Code".


The owner ("Owner") of Users’ data processing is SMACK SRL, Via S. Antonio n. 9, 20122, Milano, VAT Number 07878150155, in the person of its sole director and legal representative, Mr. Andrea Mantelli.


The Users’ data processing is carried out at the offices of SMACK SRL, or in other places where the staff of SMACK SRL (including resources / third party suppliers of IT services) work on the website, even remotely.


Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website (e.g., systems and procedures pertaining to third providers of hosting services, email, etc.) may have to acquire some personal data which transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, bring to identify users. All information and contents on the website (such as, for example but not limited to, text, graphics, files, tables, images and data within the pages), including any software programs available in and through it, are protected by IP/IT law rules in force. Users are expressly banned from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling or licensing any content available on or through the website for commercial or public purposes. SMACK SRL will not be responsible for any damages, including those caused by the spread of viruses, on the Users' devices


The website utilises cookies, including third parties’ cookies, for the following purposes:
(a) allow users to send email messages from the contact form;
(b) allow users to make purchases through the e-commerce platform, memorise their purchases and track their orders;
(c) memorise registered users and allow them to access and exploit the website sections which are reserved to registered users;
(d) collect and forward to Google Inc. the users’ navigation data relevant to Google Analytics service;
(e) in general, ensure the proper functionality of the website’s features and enable users to easily browse through it.
